Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    200 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, if you have some left over (also possible). To clean, RUB on a coarse grater. Add salt, pepper, egg,1\2 part semolina, chopped dill.

2. Preheat the pan with oil. to form from our"dough" sticks and dip each side in the semolina.

3. Fry sticks on both sides.

4. Spread on paper to remove excess oil.

5. Sticks are ready, serve with sauces. Bon appétit!
