Carrots boiled not less useful than fresh. Its natural sweetness is incomparable, but no many people like (or can) chew on it, option of boiled carrots, a kind of lovers will definitely appreciate.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Scrape the carrots and cut into rings with a thickness not exceeding 3 mm.

Put the carrots in a heated pan with vegetable oil, immediately add water. Stew until soft with the lid closed over medium heat.

Then add sugar (optional), soy sauce, nutmeg and simmer another couple of minutes on the fire.
