Fried zucchini in batter of chickpea
I offer, tender zucchini in a crispy batter with vegetables, not lean option with fried bacon.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    8 slice

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    1 piece

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Water

    12 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    2 pinch

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the chickpeas according to the instructions on the package. Blend with an immersion blender, gradually adding water in which boiled chickpeas.

To the resulting puree add salt, pepper, flour and butter. Mix well.

Slices of raw bacon salt and pepper.

Fry on the grill on both sides until Golden brown.

Zucchini cut into slices thickness of 0.5 mm, add salt and a spoon of flour. Mix well.

Now take a slice of zucchini, dip it in a batter of chickpea and then coat in breadcrumbs.

Spread on a heated pan with oil and fry on low heat on both sides until Golden brown.
