Description

Leeks with olive oil
Very tasty, light, with great flavor, easy to make dish. Lovely hot and cold snacks.

Ingredients

  • Leeks

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    150 ml

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Salt

Cooking

Vegetables wash and peel, with the leeks, remove the top layer.

All cut at an angle into rings, carrots of medium thickness, leeks into 1.5 to 2 cm

Olive oil poured into the pot. First, fry the carrots for 1 minute.

Then add the leeks and fry for another 1 minute.

Add salt, sugar, rice.

Pour water so that it almost hid the vegetables.

Cover and medium heat, when boiling turn down the gas to low and simmer for 20 minutes Serve hot or cold. For better softness of the leeks, this dish can be prepared in advance. Bon appetit!!!
