Description
Kiopoolu is one of the favorite snacks of the Bulgarians, especially in the summer. The recipe of this snack is simple beautiful and very tasty. This is a classic Bulgarian dish which is served as a cold appetizer. When in the hottest season, we all want to see on the table more vitamins, bright colors and light meals.

Cooking
Eggplant and peppers need to be baked in the oven. Eggplant cut into two halves, season with salt, to make oblique incisions and insert into the cuts of the plate of garlic.
