Dip of white beans with herbes de Provence
I offer a gentle dip of white beans with the aroma of Provencal herbs. As a cold snack serve it with slices of toasted bread, or sliced vegetables in the form of heat it will be a great addition to the fish.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    60 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

    4 Tbsp

Cook the beans in accordance with the recommendations on the package. At the beginning of cooking I added beans to the onion about 20 minutes before the end of cooking - Bay leaf. I have the beans cooked in about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

When cooking this dish, I used white beans Mistral Blanche.

To the beans add the garlic (I had dried), herbes de Provence, lemon juice, peel and using a blender make a puree. Add salt to taste and black pepper. If it turns out thick, add a little broth in which the cooked beans. To shift the dip to a container with a lid and store overnight in the refrigerator.
