Zucchini with cheese and olives in a cream sauce
Summer recipe, the olives give it a tangy flavor.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    180 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green olives

    22 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Turn the oven on 200*C

Cook foods at all except salt. Slice the olives into circles, I took stuffed with lemon, me they taste more like it, but it's all on the fan.

Chop the zucchini slices 1.5 cm thick, if the form is large, then zucchini and other ingredients will take longer, I think you can use and not courgettes, just the seeds removed.
