Tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms
A great snack, can be served as a main dish, nice and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Each tomato cut off the top, remove the pulp and seeds, season with salt.

Boil the rice in plenty of salted water.

Onion cut into small cubes.

Then slice the mushrooms into strips.

Lightly fry the mushrooms and onions in a pan with oil.

In the boiled rice add fried mushrooms with onions and chopped greens, salt and all to mix.

Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture of rice, mushrooms, onions and herbs, place on a greased cookie sheet and bake in the oven. Serve on lettuce leaves. Bon appetit!
