Zucchini fritters with quinoa
Tender pancakes with crispy lean with no addition of sour cream and fish. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Quinoa

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    30 g

  • Garlic

    2 sprig

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil quinoa according to instructions on the package. Cool.

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, add to it salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and onion. Mix well.

Next add the quinoa.

In the end, add water, flour and baking powder. Carefully stir everything together.

In a frying pan heat 4-5 tbsp oil and fry pancakes on both sides until Golden brown.

For non vegetable Supplement, mix the sour cream with finely chopped dill and stalks of garlic.
