Cooking
Boil the rice according to instructions.
Zucchini wash and cut into thin strips
Heat a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the squash strips. Ready squash strips, spread on a dish.
Prepare the filling for the zucchini. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Peel the garlic and chop with a knife.
To the parsley, nuts and garlic, add cooked rice,
1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper and gently stir.
Zucchini can be combined with a dressing or spread as I have. First, spread the filling, and then the zucchini. To the zucchini, I added chili pepper, peeled from the skin and cut small strips.
