Zucchini with walnut-garlic dressing
A great snack, flavorful and delicious, can be served hot or cold. In any case, this dish of zucchini seems incredibly delicious!

Boil the rice according to instructions.

Zucchini wash and cut into thin strips

Heat a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the squash strips. Ready squash strips, spread on a dish.

Prepare the filling for the zucchini. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Peel the garlic and chop with a knife.
