Great post – one of the longest in the year and the most difficult. Spring food and so not too varied, and there is no steak will not delight or a slice of Camembert... How to live? Cooking
Soak the beans overnight. I have a "Mistral" Bean mix.
The next day boil the beans and drain the liquid into a separate bowl.
Lightly fry half portion of vegetable oil, the salt and pepper black and red pepper.
In a pot, or any fireproof dish to place the products, alternating a layer of beans...
... and a layer of fried onions...
The top layer should be beans. I did 3 layers of beans and 2 layers of onions. Pour any remaining vegetable oil and pour water in which boiled beans.
Bake in the oven under the lid at a temperature of 200C for 40 minutes serve in the same pan in which beans were cooked.
