Pita bread with vegetables and cream of tofu
Rolls of pita - not a new dish, surely everyone at least once tried something similar. Plus the fact that you can use almost any filling and sauce, and each time it will be a unique roll. Now I want to try roll with grilled vegetables and cream of tofu and avocado, and you can add my recipe to your liking.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Tofu

    150 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Lettuce

    0.5 piece

Clean vegetables, cut into slices/strips, folded in a bowl. Add the garlic (you can crush or grate it), salt, spices - to taste and add the sauce for the sushi (not in the strict days of fasting, you can add a little olive oil). Oddly enough, this sauce is good for marinating and do not have to use it only for sushi.

Mix everything and leave for some time.

Vegetables fry in a grill pan.

Avocado clean, cut, sprinkle with lemon juice. Using the blender to prepare the cream of avocado and tofu (salt, spices - to taste). Pita bread cut into portions, put the cream.

Roll and serve. Can be fried on both sides on a dry pan.
