Cooking
The chickpeas soak overnight, then cook for about an hour. Cool.
Eggplant cut into large cubes and place in the microwave for 7 minutes on full power (so when roasting they soaked up less oil). Fry in olive oil for 5 minutes to Cool.
The parsley and crush the garlic, add the paprika, cumin, coriander, olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix everything carefully. It is possible in blender.
Chickpeas, eggplant, dressing mix and send in the cold for several hours. All a pleasant appetite!!!
