Potato cream with almonds
This dish attracted me interesting way to use potatoes. Baked potato with fresh cucumber and peanut sauce - this very unusual and equally tasty. Successfully combined with meat steak.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

1. Wash potatoes in the skins and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Baked potato cool slightly, cut in half and with a teaspoon remove the inside.

2. Almonds cut into pieces and fry in 1 tbsp butter until Golden brown. Immediately remove from the pan and cool.

3. With the help of a blender half the almonds to make the sauce, lightly grind the rest, mix. This kind of mixture is obtained.

4. Chop the dill, cucumber cut in half lengthwise (we will need 1 half) out of it with a teaspoon remove the seeds and chop the cucumber into small cubes.

5. Removed the potato mixture and mash them with a fork and mix with the remaining oil. Then add ground almond, cucumber and dill.

6. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
