Vegetable stew with pickled cucumbers
In the preparation of vegetable stews is no big deal, but its taste can be varied with different additives. I suggest you add a vegetable stew pickled gherkins TM 6 acres. They will give the stew a spicy sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Dill

Cooking

Carrots and onions clean, cut into medium cubes. Take a pot or saucepan, heat and pour vegetable oil and fry a few minutes the carrots and onions on medium heat until transparent bow.

Add the chopped straw Bulgarian and red hot chilli pepper, stir, simmer 2 minutes.

Put diced zucchini, stir, simmer 5 minutes.

Take pickles. I chose cornichons crispy TM 6 acres. Cut the gherkins into small cubes.

Put the pickles to the vegetables. Stir.

Add the diced tomatoes, the finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper. Mix everything and stew for 15 minutes with the lid closed on low heat until tender.

At the end add finely chopped dill, stir.
