Here are the ingredients for Japanese meals
First prepare seasoning of Japanese gomasio. It's simple: spread the sesame seeds on a dry heated pan.
Roast the sesame until it changes colour and intense aroma. Put the sesame seeds in a bowl and mix with salt. This is gomasio.
Now prepare the caramel. In a saucepan add sugar and fill it with water. Put on fire and bring to a boil over high heat. Diminish the fire and cook for 4 minutes to a thick syrup. Remove from the heat.
Washed and obsushennye tomatoes strung on skewers and each tomato quickly bathed in caramel. Caramel is just enough for 4 - 5 tomatoes.
Covered with caramel tomato dip crown in gomasio.
The dish generously (!) grease with oil and spread the ready tomato. If you do not grease the plate with oil, then tear frozen caramel tomatoes will be very difficult.
Leave the tomatoes to cool so that the caramel is hardened, and then beautifully served. Try!
