Tomatoes with parsley and garlic Provencal
Quick and fresh vegetable appetizer when you want something not quite normal. Juicy!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Parsley

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Parsley wash, dry, cut into big pieces, peel the garlic and the Part of parsley can replace cilantro, but it's not the recipe, but the taste.

With tomatoes cut off the tops and scrub from the pulp with a spoon. Each tomato add salt a little inside.

All the parsley and garlic are sent to the blender, add some olive oil and chop into fine dust.

Put in a bowl, pour salt and stir.

Each tomato cover with top and place into a suitable jug. 2 hours put them in the cold.

Consumed a snack just like that or with mayonnaise.
