Cooking
Cucumbers cut into cubes
Carrot RUB on a coarse grater, onion cut into cubes and all that overcook minced in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Then add the chopped cucumber, pepper, sauteed carrots and onions. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
