Vegetable appetizer
A simple and delicious recipe for stewed zucchini. It can be hot or cold, as a side dish, appetizer or main dish. My family recipe which enthusiasts both children and adults.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

1. Cut the zucchini cubes and fry in oil for about 10 minutes.

2. Chop the onion, slightly fry it on a pan.

3. We scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove skins and finely chop. Fry together with the onion until it becomes transparent.

4. Add the onions with tomatoes and zucchini, stir, cover and simmer about 30 minutes until tender. If the juice from the zucchini and tomatoes evaporates, add boiling water. Do not forget to stir.

5. Before the end add salt and pepper. In the end add chopped greens and garlic, simmer for another 5 minutes.

Voila! Our zucchini are ready. I filed as an appetizer on pita bread decorated with olives and parsley. Bon appetit!
