Cake of baked vegetables
While at the yard in the fall, offer to cook a cake, of autumn vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Ramsons

    150 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Ketchup

    100 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

For roasting vegetables, take oil "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive oils.

Clean and dry vegetables regime, sprinkle with vegetable oil and bake in the oven at 170 degrees, until tender.

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing, herbs ( I had cilantro and dill), finely chop, garlic skip through the press, combine the ketchup, add salt and wine vinegar. Mix well.

Now take shape for cooking vegetable cake, cover with cling film and put layers of roasted vegetables in a random order. On the bottom of the form in a circle I put pickled wild garlic, it is baked zucchini.

Lubricating each layer of the prepared dressing.

The last layer is baked eggplant, it leave not lubricated.

Close the vegetables with the remaining ends of cling film, cover with a plate and put it in the cargo. Put the cake in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Carefully remove the wrapped up edges of cling film, take a dish and it turns the cake, remove the tape. The cake is ready.
