Roll Cherry
The popularity of Japanese cuisine in Russia is gaining momentum. There are more chain stores that offer a wide assortment of sushi and rolls with different combinations of products. The combination of eggplant with Japanese rice and nori seemed to me very unusual and interesting. In fact it is a combination familiar to us eggplant rolls Japanese roll, but turned out to be very successful.

Ingredients

Wash rice. Cover with water and bring to boil, then cover and reduce the heat. Boil for 20 minutes. Then let stand for 10 minutes. Stir, season with rice vinegar and stir again. Allow to cool.
