Eggplant grill
Another recipe in the Treasury of dietary dishes for a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

Eggplant wash and cut lengthwise. The flesh is cut crosswise. Season with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl pour oil, add chopped herbs, crushed garlic, black pepper coarse, marinade teriyaki.

Marinade to thoroughly coat the eggplant, then gently wrap them in foil and put in a cold place for 1.5 - 2 hours to eggplant is marinated.

Roast eggplant on the grill for 20 min in foil, and then without foil for another 15 min., turning occasionally.
