Young kohlrabi is small in size (large and fibrous and tough) clean the potatoes, removing a thin layer of skin. Then cut into thin round slices, place on a large platter, season with salt, drizzle with vinegar (I had Apple, but I think it will fit and wine) and drizzle with oil. Allow to stand to let the juice. All! Try - unusual and delicious, for the fans something new!! ;-)
And here's what we ate snack. Kohlrabi has a very unusual taste, or the taste of cabbage, or young peas. In General, for an Amateur. And we now joined the list of favorite snacks. Try!
