To prepare the ingredients. The rice boil in salted water for 15 minutes - I boil in lots of water in a plastic bag, punctured in several places with a fork.

At the same time on a nearby burner fry in vegetable oil finely diced or chopped large julienne vegetables - peppers, tomatoes, carrots, onion can mushrooms, green peas or corn, etc. And I used a frozen vegetable mix. Really speeds up the process! At the end a little salt, add pepper and spices to taste (I used dried herbes de Provence). Fried vegetables to mix with the finished rice, still slightly warm.

Add the chopped greens (in my case, cilantro and dill), mix, put in tarts. Serve with sauce, for example, high-quality ketchup (I prefer Mahe or Calvet) hot, garnished with sprigs of greenery.
