Elegant appetizer, and even smoky mmm...

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Salt

  • Basil

    1 sprig

  • Parsley

Eggplant cut into slices, sprinkle with salt, leave for 20 minutes (for tusd, went to the bitterness). It's then washed, add the soy sauce, salt and all spices.

Tomatoes and onions cut into slices, parsley and torn Basil, mix everything in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
