Salad a La Olivier in the potato barrels
Someone on the table is a traditional Russian salad, and I have "A La Olivier in barrels of potatoes". Try to serve with a salad-appetizer, after the New year and meet a need in a new way!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Gherkins

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Chicken, gherkins cut into strips.

Add in chicken sauce-Kikkoman marinade, leave to marinate in the fridge.

Boil the potatoes until tender, cut into 2 parts, remove the pulp with a spoon to get the potato plates.

Beat egg, dip chicken in it and fry in a pan in hot oil until tender (if necessary finely chop the chicken).

Polka dot whisk in a blender along with the mayonnaise to a thick sauce.

Fill potato plate chicken fillet, cornichon, top pour the resulting pea sauce.
