Cooking
Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater. Onions finely shred. Breast, cut into thin slices after slice it into thin strips 2 cm long. Mix all the ingredients. Let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes.
Mix well the dough. Using a spoon to put the pancakes on a frying pan with oil. Fry on each side for 1 minute on medium heat until Golden brown.
Served with fresh vegetable salad and sour cream.
