Green beans wash, cut in half, put in a deep pan and simmer on the pan with vegetable oil. After 5 minutes add the garlic powder and soy sauce and simmer with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes more until tender. If necessary, you can add a little water.
Wipe tofu dry with a paper towel and Naseem into pieces about 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle one side with spices ( to your taste, I have a mixture of peppers ).
In a pan pour sesame oil and put slices of tofu, spiced side down. Sprinkle top with the same spices and pour teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. I used the TM sauces "Kikkoman". I poured the sauce by eye, it should not be much.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then turn over and pour soy sauce and teriyaki sauce the other side. And cook for another 2-3 minutes.
The finished tofu cut into portions. Put on a plate in the center of the avocado, then tofu, and the edges of the green beans. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and decorate with raspberries.
