Pumpkin bacon on the grill
Recipe found in a book, liked its simplicity and ease of course and that is my favorite pumpkin. It can eat morning and evening, every day. I suggest to You to try a delicious and easy recipe that can be cooked at home and at the picnic.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Pistachios

    2 tsp

For this recipe we will need a minimum of ingredients.

Pumpkin I have frozen, pre-pulled from the freezer, cut into slices and fry in a grill pan or on the grill if You go camping.

Bacon cut into not very thin, about 1 cm, just fry on the grill pan.

When the pumpkin and bacon all ready dressed with soy sauce and sprinkle with chopped pistachios, salt is not necessary, you can eat in both warm and cold. I hope this easy and delicious appetizer You will love! Bon appétit!
