Quick pickled cucumbers
Summer delights us with not only great weather but also the fresh crop. Certainly, many missed the small, crunchy, flavorful pickles! When the long-awaited summer cucumbers finally appeared, we are beginning to want experiments, after all, just fresh cucumbers, though delicious, but quickly stale. Salted and pickled cucumbers we ate in the winter, now we just want to diversify their fresh taste. A great way to preserve the freshness and to experiment with taste – to prepare a quick pickled cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mint

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Wash cucumbers and greens. Prepare Bank 0.5 liters.

Slice the cucumbers slices with a knife raised.

Finely chop the parsley, dill and mint.

In a separate bowl pour oil, add sugar and grainy mustard, chopped garlic and soy sauce.

Pour dressing on cucumbers and stir.

Cucumber put in a jar, shake well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

After 2 hours... take out the cucumbers from the fridge and enjoy spicy and pickled taste. Bon appetit!!!
