Appetizer
Today I want to offer a snack that looks very nice on the table, and is perfect for buffet. The salad gives a fresh, very useful and combined with pita bread nourishes. I am particularly pleased that the salad is dressed with sauce, not mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Radishes

    5 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Sesame

    20 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Pete

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

-prepare the salad-wash and dry with paper towel vegetables

Now prepare the beans, wash, chop. In a pan pour olive oil and sauté the beans for about 5 minutes, add 2H. soy sauce, another 2min. fry

Put on plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add the beans to the vegetables.

Then put to boil eggs. While you chop vegetables, eggs will be ready. Chop the vegetables -tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green onions. In a deep dish, mix well.

Now prepare the dressing-mix the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, vinegar, mustard. Ready.

-cut pita in half to reveal its ( pits small, diameter 10cm)

Put 1st. liters of salad in a pita, a quarter of boiled egg. Next to the snack into cups filling.
