Vegetable caviar with chanterelles
I liked to cook vegetables in Zepter cookware without butter and salt. Oli, it's just perfect, delicious, bright and of course useful. Today I offer to cook vegetable caviar with chanterelles.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    150 g

  • Eggplant

    150 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chanterelles pour cold water and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly from debris and soil.

Onion, chanterelles dry. Zepter casserole cover, put on medium heat. When the arrow of the controller will reach the middle of the green field on the Dry scale-you can start to prepare. In a saucepan put the onions with chanterelles and cook with the lid open for a few minutes. I did this in order to evaporate the moisture from the mushrooms.

All the other vegetables finely chop.

Put in a saucepan, add the black pepper, cover it with a lid, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and leave for another 10 minutes.

We got delicious, healthy eggs. The vegetables retained their color, taste and a maximum of useful and nutrients.
