These chips will appeal to both adults and children. First - it cooks quickly, and secondly-delicious, in the third - they can be used for decoration of dishes.

Carrots cut into thin slices.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Carrots spread out on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Sprinkle a little salt and spices according to your taste (I used a mixture of "spices for chicken"). Anoint with a brush the vegetable oil on top. I dried for 10 minutes on each side. As ovens are all different, and the time for drying of carrots may be different.
