Finally came the turn to this recipe. Three years ago, found it in the journal "Collection of recipes". Today I decided to cook this dish. Was surprised by the taste of celery, pleasant, slightly sweet. But the dish is fairly high in calories. I taste celery liked, maybe this recipe as an "idea" to someone handy?. Cooking
The basic necessary products.
Celery, cleaned, cut into slices with a thickness of approx. 1 cm and cook in boiling salted water with vinegar for 10 minutes. Then drain in a colander and let the water drain out.
Beat eggs. Slices of celery, roll in flour, dipped in egg, breaded in oat flakes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
For the sauce mix the sour cream 200g. 2 tablespoons of dill and serve the schnitzels. I filed with yogurt. Schnitzels in the cold I liked. We have now discovered a new taste. I was pleasantly surprised. Try.
