Steaks of celery root
Finally came the turn to this recipe. Three years ago, found it in the journal "Collection of recipes". Today I decided to cook this dish. Was surprised by the taste of celery, pleasant, slightly sweet. But the dish is fairly high in calories. I taste celery liked, maybe this recipe as an "idea" to someone handy?. Serve schnitzel offered with a sauce of sour cream and dill. I filed just with yogurt. Try it! trouble is not much, but the taste will surprise you!

  • Celery root

  • Flour

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Grape seed oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Celery, cleaned, cut into slices with a thickness of approx. 1 cm and cook in boiling salted water with vinegar for 10 minutes. Then drain in a colander and let the water drain out.
