Cooking
Beets cut into slices of medium thickness
Garlic skip through the press.
Mix the garlic with cheese, add sunflower seeds
To put some toppings on a slice beets, cover with the second slice, spread on a filling, then another slice of beet. All you should get 3-4 layers
Using a sieve, squeeze the juice from the berries
Mix the ingredients for the sauce: olive oil, the juice of berries, chopped dill, red pepper flakes. Pour over beets
Decorate with berries and seeds, and sprigs of greenery.
