Vegetable shashlik with sauce
Tasty and quick vegetable skewers with a wonderful sauce will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Lemon

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Balsamic

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Nutmeg

Vegetables well to wash the potatoes put boil in salted water until tender.

For the marinade, mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, 2-3 tbsp. l. mustard, seasoning to taste, mix well. Vegetables chopped and tossed with the marinade. Leave on for 20-30 minutes at night.

Soy sauce I got from the company Kikkoman.

Fry the vegetables in the grill pan or on the grill at a picnic.

For sauce we need the following products: Camembert, cream, butter and nutmeg and soy sauce.

Heat the milk with cream, add 0.5 tsp. of nutmeg, add chopped Camembert. Continuously stir until the cheese melts. When sauce has cooled slightly transfer to a blender, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and whisk.

In sauce add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, pour into blender and blend all until smooth.

The vegetables are ready, served with a wonderful sauce. Bon appétit!!
