Pumpkin salad with savory granola
Autumn, hearty and delicious warm salad.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Bacon

    6 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Coriander

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Feta

    30 g

  • Oat flakes

    40 g

  • Nuts

    20 g

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Preheat the oven to 130 C. For granola mix cereal, flax seeds, nuts. Add orange juice, soy sauce KIKKOMAN, honey, mix well. Spread on a baking sheet. Dry in the oven for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Store granola in a sealed container. Pumpkin cut into slices.

Pumpkin marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, black pepper and coriander.

Wrap slices of pumpkin in bacon, bake in the oven until soft pumpkin.

On a plate put the salad leaves. on top of the baked pumpkin. Then crumbled feta cheese.

For dressing mix all ingredients. Season the salad and sprinkle with granola.
