Warm squash salad
Whether you love zucchini as I do? And I love them in any form and in any dish. Including warm squash salad with a light garlic flavor. This salad with a clear conscience can allow yourself on a diet, which is especially relevant in anticipation of summer.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

These are the little green zucchini are perfect for this salad.

Slice thick slices of about 1 cm, sprinkle with salt and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown on both sides.

Meanwhile, on another dry pan fry until light Golden brown the sesame seeds. Remove the zucchini from the pan into a bowl and cover it so that the squash is not cooled.

Garlic cut into petals and lightly fry in vegetable oil for 1 minute. Add the garlic to the zucchini, pour oil with garlic flavor, sprinkle ground black pepper and sesame seeds.
