Salad vegetable
This hearty, delicious salad can be made quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Nori

    2 piece

Cooking

Boil the rice, drain in a sieve, cool.

Cucumber cut into small cubes, greens grind.

Carrots grate on a grater with peas drain the fluid. Mix all prepared ingredients.

Nori sheets cut into palomaki a width of 2 cm and chop as noodles (easy to do with scissors)

Add nori to the salad, salt, season with soy sauce and butter and stir. The salad is ready!!!
