Cold summer soup
In this heat (and now have) nothing but something light and cold, is not desirable. I have two days only this soup and eat the ears will not drag, a great alternative to the hash, try it once and sure I'll make it again and again... recipe Source SweetLady - Julia, LJ.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green onions

  • Dill

  • Yogurt

    1 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Beet wash, dry with paper towels, wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 180 gr. until tender, about an hour.

Beets grate on a grater

Cucumbers, eggs cut into cubes.

Finely chopped herbs (the more the better). Put all in a pan, season with salt and pepper, pour the yogurt, stir -
