Pear pie
Tasty, tender and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

  • Sour cream

    75 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Pear

    6 piece

For the dough mix soft margarine with sugar, sour cream. Add the egg, a pinch of salt, flour and baking powder. Flour so that the dough does not stick to hands.

Put the dough in the form, to make bumpers. A small piece to postpone for decoration.

Pears wash, cut the core.

Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, semolina and half of the sugar. Pour the filling on the dough.

Pear blend (with a blender). Add the remaining sugar and 1 tablespoon starch. Spread the cottage cheese filling.
