Samosa Chinese
This winter was visiting my husband and my parents in Russia. "Once in the depths of winter" went our men to hunt. Then I thought, what would our favorite hunters please.. flipping through cookbooks, I came to the idea to connect Kazakh cuisine with Chinese, and there were "samosa Chinese" =)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.333 cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.1 cup

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

First prepare the dough. Pour the flour slide, make a well, add water, butter, salt, knead the dough. Divided into several parts and roll into sausage shaped. Then formed into pellets.

In the same pan fry the onions and garlic, add tomato sauce and hot water, after 2 min put sugar, vinegar, salt and cook for another 2 minutes Add the meat and fry until cooked.

Stuffing, estessno, cool. Next on the middle of each tortilla put the stuffing, zasiyaet edges and give the shape of a triangle. Lubricated with egg and bake it in the oven!

Can be used as a separate dish, or instead of bread. O:-) Our miners love to have scarfed all just milk :-D
