Oatmeal-blueberry pie
Nostalgia for the summer makes me vengeance to use frozen summer berries. This time I got a crispy pie with a moist sour-sweet layer and with a taste of berries this summer.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Lemon juice

    50 ml

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Blueberries

    1.5 cup

First of all take care of the basis. Combine the flour, oats, sugar, salt and baking powder and stir.
