Cooking
Margarine chop with a knife with flour. Can margarine RUB on a grater and mix with flour.
First, add the citric acid and baking soda mix, then sour cream, sugar, yolks. Start kneading the dough.
Roll out the layer 2-3cm, spread on a baking sheet smazany oil and chop all the dough with a fork. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 160-170 degrees for 20-25min.
During this time, prepare the filling. Apricots wash, remove the bones and divide into halves.
Cold beat the whites into a thick foam and, still whisking, gradually add the sugar.
Whisk until then, until a thick cream.
Stir gently with apricots (be sure to stir, because if you put separately apricots and cream on top, then the cream will be baked and the taste will be different).
To put all of this on a ready-made crust in the oven for 10-15min.
Pie cut into slices hot, and is cooled. Especially tasty the next day, just melts in your mouth.
