step-0
Get acquainted with the ingredients =) Anything unusual, the simple and affordable products, and the output will get a very tasty dish =)
step-1
Connect in a bowl the sugar and butter at room temperature.
step-2
Beat with a mixer, about 3 minutes.
step-3
Add eggs at room temperature, whisk.
step-4
Then add flour, soda and baking powder.
step-5
Stir add the yogurt. The dough is quite thick.
step-6
My nectarines, remove the pit, cut into cubes. Roll them in a tablespoon of flour so they don't sink in the test.
step-7
Mix up them into the dough.
step-8
Prepare our form. I Do 20 see French shirt - a piece of butter, RUB the sides and bottom of the form, add a spoonful of flour, coat the sides and bottom, shake off the excess. So pie should be easy to get out of shape.
step-9
Spread the batter in the pan, the dough will rise, so it may not be applied to the edges. Heat the oven to 175 degrees. 30-70 minutes -- I cooked somewhere after 50 minutes, depends on oven. Check on a dry match. If the top gets too brown and the pie is raw, cover it with foil, shiny side up.
step-10
This is what happens. Do not be lazy and make the icing - sift sah. the powder (75грамм) 2 tbsp. lemon juice - mix that's all ready! Cut into pieces, water and sugar and call your relatives for a rather fragrant tea! By the way, if you add the icing, finely chopped mint... just the bomb!
step-11
Enjoy your tea!
