Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Jam

    0.66 cup

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    0.333 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

Cooking

Beat eggs with honey, sugar and cinnamon

From orange squeeze juice

Mix the jam with freshly squeezed orange juice. Add to the dough jelly, mixed with juice, stir with a whisk until smooth

Add the flour and baking powder and whisk to stir until smooth

Pour the batter into a greased form and put in heated oven. Bake at 180 degrees until dry matches

Ready gingerbread sprinkle cocoa or powdered sugar
