Today my grandmother birthday. Since she's a diabetic, the usual pastries she can't. That's why I baked her a cheesecake with Apple jelly and strawberries.

Cooking
First I made Apple juice. Sorry, later remembered the camera when there's not much left.. so 2 apples cored and I whipped into a puree with 50 ml of milk and cinnamon in a blender.
Then puree pressed through a double cheesecloth. The juice separately.
The cottage cheese has added eggs and proteins. 150 ml warm milk dissolve 1 tablespoon of powder stevia.
All whipped together in a blender until smooth. Added soda, slaked 2 tsp of Apple juice, stir.
Added the entire Apple cake, again whipped.
Then the melted margarine.
Form I have silicone, diameter 20 cm, height 4 cm I greased with margarine and put the dough in it. Flatten.
I baked for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Photos of the evening... Lightly, the top was overdone, should have been for the last 10 minutes to close foil. But the taste is absolutely not affected... Subject in the form to cool and ripen until the morning. By the way, the middle of my opal.
And get a notch for jelly, which is great for me... I cut the half Apple into wedges and laid out a flower, added strawberries.
In the remaining hot juice, and that 180 ml I opened pre-soaked in water 5 plates of sheet gelatin to 1 tsp of stevia.
Jelly filled in the recess, being careful not to break the pattern of fruit.
And 1 hour in the cold until fully cured...
Part of jelly I have not got in the pie, so I made one batch of jelly. Poured into the mold, added the strawberries and a little Apple.
And here's a piece of cake... Very tasty... nice and sweet... the Birthday girl very happy.
