Cake
Rich cheese cake with a stuffing of cheese, herbs and garlic. Very easy to prepare, but no less delicious.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    500 g

  • Cheese

    320 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    120 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Ready defrost the puff pastry at room temperature (it is important not to overdo the dough, so it does not become too soft and start to climb). Prepare the cheese filling. Cheese grate on a fine grater.

Add half (i.e., 60 g) sour cream;1 egg, beaten with a fork;pepper and salt (if the cheese is very salty). Stir.

Finely chop the herbs (I used chives and dill) and garlic. Add to the cheese filling. Stir.

Sprinkle slightly flour the table and lay out the defrosted dough. Roll out with a rolling pin so that the area of the dough has increased in 2 times.

All the stuffing is evenly spread on the rolled out dough.

Turn the dough into a roll tightly.

Cut it into pieces of length 5 cm.

Prepare the sauce for the fill. The remaining (60 g)sour cream add the paprika ( and 2 egg yolks (whites not needed). Beat.

Form (I have a 21*30)brush with oil and lay sliced "hemp", not too tight. The top brush liberally apply the color from the egg yolks and sour cream.

Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 40 minutes.
