Tangerine Kuchen with coconut
Continue to acquaint you with German cuisine. Probably because I love German cakes. Usually in German cakes (Kuchen) are baked on large sheets, then cut into small pieces and placed on a dish. So, for the recipe thanks to Nina Ford.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Leavening agent

  • Margarine

    225 g

  • Cocoa powder

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Mandarin

    4 can

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

Whisk margarine with sugar until foam. Margarine are soft and utensils it is better to take small.

Gradually one by one add the eggs, still whisking. Then pour in the milk and then the cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar. Pour the dough in a large bowl. And at the end flour. Mix everything.

Take the form of 30x40. Cover the paper. I have a sheet with sides. Spread the dough. Level. Tangerines from banks strain. And put them on the dough. Put in a preheated 200*C oven for 20 minutes.

Do fill. Eggs lightly whisk with sugar, add sour cream.
