Cooking

step-0
Ingredients for our pie with physalis. Physalis can be replaced by grapes. Instead of liqueur (cream or brown), you can use rum or brandy.
step-1
Cape gooseberries or grapes (when available remove the seeds) cut in half and pour the liqueur, rum or brandy. I have a "Bailey".
step-2
Beat egg with sugar.
step-3
Add milk, vegetable oil, baking powder, vanilla and mix well.
step-4
Couscous is first ground into flour and then measure out 1 Cup.
step-5
Add the zest of one lemon, grated on a fine grater (optional), ground couscous and semolina (semolina) TM "Mistral".
step-6
Mix thoroughly and spread evenly into the form (my form, 17cm x 24cm) pre-oiled.
step-7
Sprinkle the salt and bake until cooked in a preheated oven.
